Returns & Exchanges

Free 30-day returns. If your piece is not everything you hoped for, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no questions asked.

How returns work

• Contact us at support@LaurenBJewelrys.com or 505-819-363 within 30 days of delivery to start your return.
• We will email you a prepaid, insured return label — return shipping is on us.
• Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original presentation packaging with all documentation.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the piece.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, metal, or model? Tell us when you start your return and we will arrange the exchange in a single insured shipment.

Non-returnable

For hygiene and security, earrings (if ever listed) and pieces showing wear beyond careful try-on cannot be returned. If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, contact us immediately — we will make it right.
